How We Work

Monkey mand brand products are created by hand with care and affection. Since embroidered products require time to be made, I ask for a period of 10 days for the preparation and shipping of the same.

The fabric repertoire is constantly expanding, and I also accept custom-made orders. 

In case there is a stock discrepancy and I cannot fulfill all your items at the time of purchase, I will notify you and issue a refund or offer an exchange. 

 

SHIPPING

Orders usually ship within 24 hours via Canada Post but other shipping methods are also available at checkout. 

– Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

– In general, domestic (within Canada) orders are in transit for 2 – 7 days while international orders can take between 4 – 22 days. It all depends on the shipping method.

– Once your order has shipped, I will forward a tracking link that you can follow to find out when your order will be delivered.

– Pickups can be arranged if you are in the Toronto, Ontario area, just contact me!

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

I appreciate your patronage and sincerely want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you find any defect or issue in the product, just contact Monkey mand brand upon delivery and send items back within 7 days.

– No refunds/Returns/Exchanges on items with embroidery, creams and facial tonics unless there is a quality issue.

– Refunds will only be issued upon return of unwanted item. 

– Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
